The SC-SK02 is a passive horn speaker for zones where a standard PA speaker is not permitted. The die-cast aluminum housing has explosion-proof cavity walls of at least 5mm, a spiral sealing surface and a G1/2 threaded cable entry for armored conduit.
It is rated Ex db IIC T6 Gb for gas and Ex tb IIIC T80°C Db for dust, with IP66 protection. The 8Ω, 50W driver produces at least 115dB at 90cm and projects intelligible speech and alarm tones to roughly 300 meters.
